• We will respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours.
• Installation and configuration assistance are provided remotely, if necessary. This additional service is free of charge.

Subscription Delivery

• After your payment, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
• Your login details will be sent within a maximum of 8 hours after your purchase (usually much faster).
• A second email will be sent to you after your account is created and configured with your subscription details. If you have not received your order after 8 hours, please contact us, but ensure you check your spam folder first.
• The countdown for your subscription begins as soon as the delivery email is sent.
• If you checkout before the end date of your current subscription, you can keep the same account. This ensures uninterrupted service, and even after the subscription expires, your account will remain on our servers before being deleted.

Important

• Our IPTV subscriptions can be installed on multiple devices, but only one stream will work at a time (only one connection allowed).
• Attempting to rebroadcast channels is prohibited. If we detect any attempt to share a channel, your account will be banned without a refund.
• The IPTV channel list is not definitive; we may change, add, or remove channels at any time without notice.

• We accept payments via credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express).
• You can also pay using cryptocurrency directly through our website.

Refunds Before ordering a long-term subscription, please make sure to test the service.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES:

1. One-month plans are non-refundable.
2. All other plans are non-refundable after 24 hours of delivery. The only case in which you can request a refund is if you are unable to use your subscription due to a technical issue that we were unable to resolve.
